Q. Can you deal with collecting customer’s balance’s from them on delivery of their vehicle, be it finance or cash?

A. Yes, we have no problem with this at all and on collection of the balance we will of course submit  this to the dealership asap.

Q. Are your drivers able to deal with handover paperwork when delivering directly to the customer?

A. Yes. With the advantage of 20 years dealership experience we are fully conversant with all forms of handover documents from cash, hire purchase to contract hire. As with any cash balance’s we collect, all paperwork will be returned to the selling dealership as soon as possible.

Q. Do you provide a full vehicle handover service?

A. Yes. With the importance of C S I paramount, all handovers are completed fully including the offer of a familiarisation test drive of the vehicle should your customer require this. We will not leave until we are happy that your customer is completely satisfied.

Q. If the vehicle is not ready when arriving on site, will you just leave it there and come away?

A. Not if we can help it.  Depending on our commitments to other jobs we will of course endeavour to do our best to wait for collection of the car everytime.

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes, we carry full goods in transit and public liability insurance. All documents can be viewed and printed at our Documents section.

Q.  Can you store a vehicle overnight?

A. Yes. Vehicles can be stored at our secure compound overnight. For full peace of mind we can confirm that our storage facility has the benefit of 24 hour CCTV footage as well as guard dogs on patrol. The Compound is fully secure with limited access to authorised personnel only.

Q. Can you offer discounts for return journeys?

A. We will be happy to offer competitive pricing for return journeys and can also try and work single deliveries in with other jobs where possible, offering very competitive rates when possible. Please see the Hitch a Lift section for details of locations of our future delivery destinations.

Q. Can you accommodate weekend and bank holiday deliveries?

A. Yes of course. We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible with our deliveries. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements and for a competitive quotation.
